Originally, our plan for the property involved rehabilitating two existing homes. However, during the demolition phase, we came across certain items that posed challenges and raised concerns about costs. As a result, the initial project was deemed unfeasible. In response, the owner made the decision to pursue the construction of townhomes. However, this idea faced opposition from the block club.
To accommodate the preferences of all parties involved, we ended up designing 5 single-family homes on the properties, inspired by the aesthetics of traditional Brownstone architecture. Each home features a garage, strategically positioned to maintain a subtle appearance from the front entry.
Upon entering, you'll find an office or bedroom with a bath on the first floor. The homes boast spacious kitchens, complete with pantries, as well as inviting living rooms, balconies, and rear decks for relaxation. On the third floor, two bedrooms await, each with their own full bathroom, as well as a balcony or rear deck for catching some fresh air.
We believe that these thoughtful design choices will create comfortable and stylish living spaces that align with the desires of the community.
Something White A Bridal Boutique will soon have a brand-new home in Independence, Ohio Our team saw the potential in an abandoned Post Office, and we seized this opportunity to transform the space into a modern and clean environment.
First, we completely revamped the exterior of the building. By painting it a fresh white color and installing larger windows and wood-colored doors, the building now truly stands out and showcases its new purpose as a bridal boutique. We are proud to have revitalized such a forgotten space.
Inside, we have divided the area into two separate sections. Something White Bridal occupies one side, and the other tenant is yet to be determined. As clients step into our boutique, they will be greeted by polished concrete floors in the open front waiting area. We believe this choice of flooring adds a touch of sophistication and creates an inviting atmosphere for our valued clients.
Our goal was to provide an exceptional bridal shopping experience in a beautiful and contemporary setting.
HEART Design Group takes pride in transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary homes. Our latest project showcases the remarkable conversion of a basic builder-grade house into an exquisite living space that effortlessly blends style and function. Collaborating closely with the homeowners, we worked hand in hand to bring their unique vision to life. By leveraging our preferred Contractor's expertise, we successfully created a finished project that showcases luxurious finishes and practical details, all while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal family home.
Interior Transformation:
The original suburban layout, typical of builder-grade houses, lacked character and fell short in meeting the homeowners' needs. Basic closets, standard finishes, and an undersized island with no seating were just a few of the existing shortcomings we aimed to overcome. With our architectural expertise, we reimagined the space, breathing life into every nook and cranny.
Luxurious Finishes and Practical Detail:
Integrating the homeowner's desire for both style and practicality, we custom-crafted stunning kitchen and mudroom cabinets in collaboration with an Amish cabinet maker. These handcrafted pieces not only add a touch of luxury but also offer functional storage solutions, ensuring efficiency in daily activities. Additionally, we introduced built-ins throughout the living spaces, elevating the overall ambiance and maximizing the utilization of available space.
Enhanced Accessibility and Functionality:
Recognizing the importance of ease and convenience within a family home, we implemented various updates to enhance the overall functionality. By thoughtfully reconfiguring the layout, we relocated the laundry room to the second floor, making it more accessible and efficient. A new powder room and entry area were also added, providing easily accessible and functional storage for daily essentials.
One of our primary objectives was to tastefully design a spacious and inviting steakhouse that spans over 10,000 square feet in the vibrant Pinecrest development on the east side of Cleveland. The restaurant encompasses 8,200 square feet on the main floor and an additional 2,300 square feet on the upper level.
Drawing inspiration from modern chic aesthetics, our design concept for RED Steakhouse exudes a sense of sophistication without appearing staid or traditional.
An outstanding feature of the restaurant is the centrally placed concentric lights that gracefully hang from the ceiling, adding a subtle and harmonious ambiance to the dining experience. Moreover, the upper level of the restaurant boasts a stunning wood-floor patio, offering breathtaking views of Pinecrest's Central Park, as well as surrounding shops and restaurants. This outdoor area provides a unique and delightful setting for patrons to enjoy their meals.
A focal point of the restaurant is the L-shaped marble-topped bar, which can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people. This exquisite bar area adds a touch of luxury and serves as a stylish gathering place for guests to mingle and indulge in their favorite beverages.
While RED Steakhouse Downtown features three distinct dining levels, our design approach for this location focused on seamlessly blending various dining areas into one cohesive space. The result is a harmonious flow that allows guests to move between different sections of the restaurant while maintaining a sense of continuity and elegance.
